Can see why people like this
From what I understand this game is a shell of what it once was…never played it before this week. Went into it kind of expecting something different (but still grindy), was pretty overwhelmed and disappointed by all the random garbage and monetization. Would not recommend anyone start this for the first time in 2026.

Where do I even begin?
Seriously I don’t even know where to begin with this game. This is quite frankly one of the best roguelikes in existence. You start out with the 5 basic class and through playing the game and leveling up you unlock the rest. Then you’re off to the races. From there you are destined to become an addict in trying to exalt every class while diving into dungeons that you know you shouldn’t be going into only to loose your 8/8 character to something so dumb. But seriously for what the game looks like it is actually quite good. It has some incredible in game pixel art, and loading screen art (iykyk). Some of the bosses actually have some really complex animations that happen during the fight which is pretty rad for such a simple game. Not to mention the 50 something unique dungeon designs in the game each with their own unique and really good original theme. There’s lore. I will say that this game can be extremely grindy. I’ve known people to put in full time job hours into this game. The devs make some stuff pay to win so that you don’t have to grind as much, but I think that defeats the purpose of the game. If you want to pick up a super simple MMO that you can get lost in, then this is for you.
