Actually my favorite game
I know PoE isn't for everyone, but man this game and I have been through a lot. It's such a wide game with insane depth that just doesn't really exist anywhere else. I love the build variety, clearing speed, time to ramp up a build and how I can always come back to try something new. It's not without flaws however, the campaign is extremely boring and story wise it leaves the audience wanting. I get past these things by making mobs explode and challenging myself to go faster. It also is extremely overwhelming for new players and can be really hard to start without a 3rd party tool or guide. I just don't think any other game will provide the same feeling as max rank shield charge with faster attacks + frost blink for movement while I explode the entire screen and pick up my loot. Great power fantasy, fun world and bosses. BIGGG passive tree, what's not to like? After I started to get burned out on PoE1 I started to try new league modifiers as well (HC, SSF) and those really added flavor back into the game for me and taught me so many new things about solving problems in builds. It's kind of crazy that after hundreds upon hundreds of hours I still learn new things about this game that make me love it more and I can always get better. Messaging 10 people to trade and teleport to their house only to lag because they're in another timezone did suck though I won't lie. GGG is awesome and I'm a shill for them, sue me.

I mean you get it...PoE2 is just visually stunning (best in class visuals for the ARPG genre in my opinion) and makes tons of improvements on the new player experience. Play this game. PLAY IT.
