Was my first halo game

I didn’t have an Xbox growing up, but actually first played this game at our local Boys and Girls club in early middle school. You had to do some kind of math or computer typing skills or something to get enough “credits” to play on Fridays. Naturally, I cranked that shit out and had access to both halo 3 and StarCraft: Broodwar as soon as humanly possible. Split screen halo 3 on a projector just hit different man. Hearing the guy next to me get pissed when I snipe him or rocket launcher him…just insane. Design is great, actually timeless characters in terms of video games. Interesting world and gameplay (and story).
