Not as much game as it seems
The swinging and traversing around NYC is definitely the best part of the game. The variety of suits and gadgets you get access to are very fun to use, but the combat isn't very interesting - if you just time the dodge, you can make it through the entire game barely getting hit. Boss fights mostly just consists of dodging and then doing a couple of quick time events. Overall the game is nowhere near as big as it seems. The main story itself is pretty short, and the game does very little to really expand upon the stories and limited amount of flashbacks they show. There are a ton of side quests and things to do to reach the full 100% completion, but basically all of them fall into the same few puzzles, combat, or traversing challenges.
It's a very solid and fun game overall. I would absolutely recommend getting it if it's on sale. Nothing in the game is poorly done. My main problem with it is that the lack of creativity in the boss fights, puzzles, and challenges, and because of that the game can get repetitive rather quickly.
