Clair Obscur: Expedition 33

I don't even know where to start reviewing this treasure. The art direction, the music, the story, the characters? All amazing. I have never finished a game and immediately hit new game+. I have never felt so positively about being emotionally devastated, I don't want to spoil the game, but I cannot recommend this enough. Do yourself a favor, sit down, hold on, and get into it. If you aren't hooked by the time you find Maelle after the expedition starts, I'd be amazed.

Will probably give this a 10 if and when I beat it. Art, gameplay, soundtrack, and story all blew me away. I genuinely loved every minute I played of this game. Absolutely appropriately rated as game of the year. Only negative is that my monke brain has a hard time sitting down to play it, but that's on me, that's on me.
